A Case of Huge Laryngeal Polyp

Abstract
|

|
We have recently experienced a huge pedunculated laryngeal polyp (3. 4 X 2.0 X 18 cm, 3.88 gm) which arised from anterior one third of right vocal cord.
The patient was a 46 year old Korean male and had been under care at local clinic with misdiagnosis of bronchial asthma for l and 3 years.
It is a case report with literature rewiew on the huge laryneal polyp.
